The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with clients, following up on leads, and assisting in converting inquiries into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Make and receive calls to communicate with potential and existing clients.Explain company services and answer client queries.Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.Handle client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain call records and update client information in the system.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client support.Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.Requirements Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Good convincing and negotiation abilities.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Immediate joiners will be preferred.Share your updated CV at ritika.sharma@onocreators.com Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
