Role Description The Lead/Manager Client Servicing will manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day communication, delivery, and satisfaction.This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into clear briefs for internal teams.The role includes planning and overseeing campaigns and events, coordinating with creative, and operations teams, and monitoring performance against agreed timelines, budgets, and KPIs.The person should be able to lead all client activites, campaigns and events .The person in this position will proactively identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, prepare and present proposals and support negotiations to drive revenue growth.Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, reporting on account health and contributing to new business pitches and presentations. Required Skill Strong client-facing capabilities, including Client Services and Client Relations, with a proven ability to build trust and long-term partnershipsDemonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with experience managing expectations and resolving issues promptlyExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client presentations, internal coordination, and documentationBackground in marketing, advertising, or related domains, with an understanding of campaign lifecycleStrong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead projects end-to-endPrior experience of working with Corporate Clients is essential Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a client servicing or account management leadership role within an agency or marketing services environment .Having worked with alco-bev industry is an advantage .
