Key Responsibilities Manage B2C last-mile deliveries, returns, and delivery partners. Coordinate B2B/project logistics, freight, and site deliveries. Handle seller onboarding, dispatch performance, and packaging compliance. Manage export documentation, freight forwarders, and international shipments. Monitor logistics KPIs, reduce damages, and improve operational processes. Requirements 47 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain. Hands-on experience in export documentation and shipping processes. Good knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and export compliance. Experience in e-commerce/D2C logistics, RTO, and returns. Exposure to handling bulky or fragile products. Proficient in Excel and ERP/WMS systems. Preferred Experience in both e-commerce last-mile and project logistics. Knowledge of IndiaUS or IndiaGCC export operations. Experience managing marketplace sellers and carrier negotiations. Proven ability to optimize freight costs and improve logistics efficiency.
