The role involves collaborating with business users, troubleshooting issues, and recommending SAP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesProvides day-to-day functional support for SAP FICO, with a focus on P2P, Accounts Payable, and Banking processesWorks closely with business users to gather requirements and understand process needsEvaluates enhancement requests and recommends practical SAP solutionsTroubleshoots and resolves production issues while ensuring minimal business disruptionSupports system improvements, testing, documentation, and user training as neededDemonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunitiesServes as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide solutions that meet user needsProvides production support, monitors incidents and enhancements in ServiceNow, and works with the business to prioritize and deliver solutionsWorks cross-functionally with ABAP, BASIS, and other functional groups to drive issues and enhancements to completionSkillsSAP FICO experienceStrong SAP FICO experience with deep knowledge of Accounts Payable, Banking, and P2P processes; proven background in an SAP production support environmentBusiness requirements and communication skillsExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions; strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skillsIndependent, collaborative work styleAbility to work independently while collaborating with functional and technical teamsBachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field requiredS/4HANA experienceExperience with OpenText VIM or similar Invoice management tools is highly recommendedCross-functional SAP FICO knowledge, with familiarity in SAP SRM and ProcurementExperience with external supplier management tools like Apex with integration to SAPCompany OverviewMilestone Technologies is a global IT Services and Digital Solutions company based in Silicon Valley that helps hundreds of leading corporations deliver technology around the globe.
