Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Multi-Skilled TechnicianDiploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation EngineeringMust have completed safety trainingStrong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipmentExcellent problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and the ability to work well in a teamWillingness to adhere to all safety proceduresAbility to work on-site Responsibilities Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systemsDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifeAssist in the design and implementation of safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of staff and clientsManage and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and system failuresCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operationsAdhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelinesProvide training and guidance to junior technicians .
