We're looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Executive with 3+ years of experience in Freeze Drying & Dehydrated Food Products to join our innovation team. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and commercialize new food products.Conduct product trials and support scale-up.Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and technical documentation.Handle raw material evaluation, inventory, and traceability.Work closely with QA/QC to ensure product quality and food safety compliance.Monitor production processes and drive continuous product improvements. Requirements3+ years of relevant NPD/R&D experience.Experience in freeze drying and dehydration technologies.Knowledge of QA/QC, GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI.Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
