Agentic AI Trainer

Job Title: Agentic AI Trainer Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI Automation.Train students on AI agents, multi-agent systems, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.Conduct hands-on workshops using AI tools and platforms.Develop training materials, assignments, projects, assessments, and learning resources.Design real-world AI projects and case studies for practical learning.Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.Guide students in building AI-powered applications and autonomous agents.Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.Support placement-related activities by preparing students for technical interviews and AI-related job roles. Required Skills Technical Skills Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, etc.).Experience with Prompt Engineering techniques.Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration tools.Knowledge of AI automation platforms such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.Familiarity with Python programming and API integrations.Experience with vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI workflows is preferred.Understanding of cloud-based AI platforms and AI deployment concepts. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong mentoring and student engagement abilities.Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for learners.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Passion for teaching and continuous learning. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Cloud Technologies are an added advantage. Experience 15+ years of experience in AI training, software training, AI development, or related fields.Experience delivering technical training sessions is preferred.
