HYR Global Source Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Warehouse Management. This role focuses on providing functional support and leading initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions while ensuring effective collaboration with technical teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day functional and production support for Oracle EBS R12 Order-to-Cash applicationsSupport Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Warehouse Management modulesAnalyze and resolve functional issues involving order creation, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, invoicing, and related O2C processesParticipate in merger and acquisition projects involving the integration of new businesses into the existing Oracle EBS environmentGather and document business requirements by working directly with business users, process owners, and stakeholdersPerform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable Oracle EBS solutionsConfigure and validate required setups across Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Warehouse ManagementLead functional activities for master and transactional data conversionsDefine data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and conversion requirementsPrepare functional design documents and work closely with technical teams on extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reportsLead Conference Room Pilots, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production-readiness activitiesDevelop test scripts, coordinate business testing, track defects, and obtain business sign-offTroubleshoot inbound and outbound interfaces involving Oracle EBS and external systemsUse SQL and PL/SQL to analyze data, validate transactions, identify root causes, and support interface troubleshootingSupport cutover, go-live, stabilization, and post-production activitiesProvide user training, functional documentation, and knowledge transferCoordinate with business, technical, integration, infrastructure, and support teamsSkillsStrong functional experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order ManagementStrong experience with Oracle Advanced PricingHands-on experience with Oracle Warehouse Management SystemStrong understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycleExperience providing day-to-day Oracle EBS production supportExperience configuring Oracle EBS OM, Advanced Pricing, and WMS setupsExperience supporting merger, acquisition, business integration, or enterprise transformation projectsStrong experience leading data-conversion activities, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutoverExperience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production supportStrong SQL skills and working knowledge of PL/SQLAbility to troubleshoot integrations, interfaces, concurrent programs, data issues, and transaction-processing failuresExperience preparing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and training documentsStrong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business users and senior stakeholdersAbility to work independently in a fully remote environmentOracle EBS interface tables, APIs, open interfaces, and concurrent programsIntegrations between Oracle EBS and external warehouse, logistics, shipping, tax, customer, and billing systemsXML Publisher/BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and Forms PersonalizationExperience working with technical teams on RICEW objectsKnowledge of Inventory, Shipping Execution, Receivables, and related O2C modulesCompany OverviewEstablished in 2013.
