Remote Credit & Collections Analyst - UK Shift (Remote)

The analyst will work across multiple brands of the reputed company portfolio and will report to the Senior Manager, Credit & Collections. This role will be remote, and the position would require the ability to work the UK Shift M-F 9am-600 pm and reputed company hours during the month-end reputed company period. Key Responsibilities Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions reputed company to accounts receivable. Create invoices according to company practices; submit invoices to customers. Maintains and updates customer files, including reputed company or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions. Drafts correspondence for reputed company past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent account reputed company to request payment. Create reports regarding the reputed company status of customer accounts as requested. Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff.
