Process Excellence & Transformation Manager - AI Experience: 12+ Years Location: Hyderabad / Gurugram We are looking for a senior professional with strong experience in Process Excellence, Process Reengineering, Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation. Key Requirements: 12+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Reengineering, Transformation or Continuous Improvement.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.Strong experience working with CMT clients, preferably across Telecom, Media, social media or Hi-Tech.Hands-on experience in AI, GenAI and/or Agentic AI initiatives is mandatory.Proven experience in driving process optimization, transformation programs and measurable business improvements.Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end process improvement frameworks, methodologies and operating models.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps, define improvement opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience. .
