Remote Lean Six Sigma Project Manager

They are seeking a Lean Six Sigma Project Manager to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, enhancing operational excellence and delivering measurable business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation through sustainment, ensuring alignment with regional and enterprise strategic prioritiesApply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis) to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and customer outcomesIdentify, design, and define new or reengineered processes that leverage automation, digital solutions, and AIenabled capabilities to reduce waste, improve consistency, and support scalabilityPartner closely with functional leaders and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop clear problem statements, success metrics, and benefit targetsDrive change management and adoption through strong stakeholder engagement, influence without authority, and clear communicationTrack, validate, and communicate project outcomes, including financial and nonfinancial benefitsSupport capability building by coaching project teams and, as appropriate, mentoring Green Belt and Yellow Belt practitionersCollaborate with the Six Sigma Region Leader to prioritize initiatives, manage the project pipeline, and support regional operational excellence objectivesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt strongly preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives in complex organizationsDemonstrated success delivering measurable improvements across multiple functions (e.g., operations, quality, supply chain, finance, customer experience)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsProven ability to operate effectively in a remote, matrixed environmentLean Six Sigma Black Belt certificationBilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersExperience designing or implementing automated, digitally enabled, or AIsupported processes as part of continuous improvement or transformation initiativesExperience working in large, multisite or regional organizationsFamiliarity with change management principles and seniorlevel stakeholder engagementStrong financial acumen, including benefit validation and ROI trackingExperience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms)BenefitsFully remote role with meaningful exposure to senior leadershipOpportunity to drive visible, measurable impact on regional performanceStrong leadership sponsorship and commitment to continuous improvementA culture grounded in listening, responsiveness, and thoughtful actionCompany OverviewCoface is an insurance firm that provides debt collection, credit insurance, risk management, and information services.
