Cold Calling Representative for Ecommerce Platforms

About the roleWe are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our sales outreach team and connect with ecommerce businesses across India. The primary goal is to introduce Axentra OS, an allinone operating system for Shopify stores, and secure product demos through cold calling.Key responsibilitiesConduct outbound cold calls to ecommerce merchants to present Axentra OS.Schedule and confirm product demonstrations.Maintain accurate call logs and followup records.Achieve monthly demo targets as defined by the compensation plan.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach scripts.Required profileCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with diverse business owners.Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, web development and SEO.Proactive, selfmotivated and able to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.Teamplayer who can also work independently.Required skillsWhat we offerOnsite stipend of 5,000 per month plus travel allowance up to 1,500.Remote commission structure: 2,750 for 10 demos (incl. 250 bonus) and 5,500 for 20 demos (incl. 500 bonus).Flexible 4hour workday, MondayFriday, with morning (10am2pm) or afternoon (2pm6pm) slots.Opportunity to learn modern ecommerce operations and interact with founders and industry leaders. .
