Develop and execute effective collection strategies to achieve recovery targets. Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular coaching, guidance, and support. Resolve escalated and high-risk cases with tact and urgency. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, as well as company policies. Maintain accurate reports on collections, recovery trends, and performance analysis. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to streamline the collection process. Key Requirements: Minimum 45 years of experience in collections, preferably within the finance or NBFC industry. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Good understanding of Indores local geography and applicable collection laws.
