Role & responsibilities We are seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Analyst who will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical and functional requirements of Oracle Fusion ERP and treasury management from the Annapurna Finance side. The role involves acting as a technical and functional SPOC between business teams, Oracle implementation partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring stable integrations, system enhancements, and smooth operations across Oracle Fusion modules. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is mandatory. Preferred candidate profile 1. Technical SPOC & Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary technical SPOC for Oracle Fusion ERP across Annapurna Finance. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. 2. Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Management Support and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules including: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) Procurement Project Accounting (if applicable) HCM (technical support & integrations, if applicable) Understand Oracle Fusion architecture and manage configurations from a technical standpoint. 3. Integrations & Interfaces Design, monitor, and support integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and: Core Banking / LOS / LMS systems MIS / Data Warehouse Payment systems, banks, tax platforms, and regulatory systems Work extensively with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based integrations (FBDI). Handle inbound/outbound interfaces, reconciliation, and error handling. 4. Reports, Data & Extensions Support development and maintenance of: Data extracts for MIS and regulatory reporting Manage Fusion extensions using Groovy scripts Page Composer and sandbox customizations 5. Testing, Deployments & Support Coordinate and support SIT, UAT, and Production deployments. Perform impact analysis for patches, quarterly Oracle upgrades, and new releases. Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system performance issues. 6. Security, Controls & Compliance Support role-based access control (RBAC), data security policies, and audit requirements. Ensure compliance with internal IT controls, audit observations, and regulatory standards. 7. Documentation & Governance Maintain technical documentation including interface designs, data flows, and configuration details. Support internal and external audits by providing system and integration-related information. Technical Skills & Competencies Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST & SOAP Web Services FBDI / ADFdi templates Treasury management systems Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials data model. Experience in OTBI and BI Publisher reporting. Strong Database knowledge for data analysis and reconciliation. Preferred / Advantage Skills Experience in NBFC / BFSI domain. Knowledge of integrations with LOS, LMS, Core Banking, and payment systems. Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Understanding of quarterly Fusion upgrade cycles and release management. .
