About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Associate Presales to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers through outbound outreach, understand their business requirements, demonstrate the value of Kylas CRM, and contribute to the company's revenue growth by achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and generate qualified sales opportunities. Understand customer pain points and recommend Kylas CRM solutions that best fit their business needs. Develop a strong understanding of Kyla's product and effectively communicate product features and business value. (Comprehensive product training will be provided.) Build and nurture strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience and addressing queries promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and maximize conversion opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 13 years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales role. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and articulate product value effectively. Good analytical and research skills with the ability to identify customer needs and market opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
