Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness.Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and targeting strategy development.Create and manage ad copies, headlines, CTAs, and campaign creatives aligned with marketing objectives.Design engaging social media creatives, banners, videos, reels, and ad assets using Canva, AI design tools, and creative automation platforms.Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms for content generation and creative ideation.Coordinate with the sales and business teams to understand campaign requirements and client objectives.Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize performance.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.Ensure timely campaign setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and delivery of performance reports.Assist in managing social media content calendars and organic content publishing when required. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization.Proficiency in Canva and AI-powered creative tools.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.Basic graphic design and video editing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
