We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring precision, creativity, and craft to every project. About the Role We're hiring a full-time, in-office Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid design foundation who can move fluidly between brand identity work, print production, and digital content creation while also being comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and faster. Key Responsibilities Design brand identity assets including logos, brand guidelines, and visual systems Create print-ready materials with a solid understanding of pre-press and production processes Develop content for digital and social platforms in line with client brand guidelines Ensure all designs are clean, pixel-perfect, and consistent with brand standards Collaborate closely with the marketing team to meet project timelines Use AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows, ideation, and productivity Required Skills Robust understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy Expertise in brand identity design and content creation Knowledge of print production and pre-press processes Ability to create clean, creative, and pixel-perfect designs Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills Ability to leverage AI tools to improve creativity, productivity, and workflow efficiency Software & Tools Must-Have: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Figma Good to Have: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Acrobat Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication (BSc) preferred 3+ years of professional graphic design experience Compensation 25,000 35,000 per month, based on experience and skill level Compensation: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
