Key Responsibilities: Manage overall hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments. Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff and department heads. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards. Monitor hotel occupancy, room rates, revenue, expenses, and profitability. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to increase bookings and revenue. Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, security, and hotel regulations. Manage budgets, control operating costs, and minimize wastage. Monitor inventory, purchasing, supplies, and vendor relationships. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and common areas. Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good condition. Maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, corporate clients, and business partners. Ensure smooth coordination among all hotel departments during daily operations and special events. Support recruitment and workforce planning according to business requirements. Implement strategies to improve hotel reputation, customer retention, and overall profitability.
