Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and skilled Flutter Developer to join our technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Flutter development, Dart programming, API integration, state management, Firebase, third-party SDKs, debugging, performance optimization, and mobile application deployment. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Build high-performance, scalable, and responsive mobile applications for Android and iOS.Convert UI/UX designs into functional and user-friendly mobile interfaces.Integrate REST APIs and third-party services/SDKs.Implement authentication, payment gateways, push notifications, and other required functionalities.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance-related problems.Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other team members.Perform application testing and optimization across different devices and screen sizes.Manage application releases and deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.Required Skills Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Flutter mobile application development.Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.Strong understanding of Flutter framework, widgets, layouts, navigation, and state management.Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.Good experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and third-party API integration.Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, Analytics, and Crash Reporting.Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party SDKs will be an advantage.Good knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab.Understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle.Experience with local storage/database solutions such as SQLite, Hive, or SharedPreferences.Knowledge of application security and secure data handling.Good debugging and performance optimization skills.Knowledge of publishing applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Compensation: 25,000.00 - 37,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible scheduleHealth insuranceLeave encashmentLife insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person .
