Role & responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations. - Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. - Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using web services and middleware platforms. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Optimize system performance and ensure application reliability and security. - Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective resolutions. - Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and technology teams on solution delivery. - Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices. - Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain technical documentation and development standards. Preferred candidate profile - Experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products. - Understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP web services, and data migration. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control tools. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams. - Positive communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. - Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or CPQ. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience with integration platforms and cloud technologies. - Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance requirements.
