Position: Senior Salesforce Developer Relevant experience: 7+ yrs Location: Remote Job Type: Contract(1+ years and extendable) SF Rel. exp: 7+ Salesforce core skills (LWC, Apex, Integration, Deployment) Agentforce Data cloud or Data 360 We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 8-10 years of strong hands-on experience to lead development and build activities on the Salesforce platform. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing complex solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud, along with Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled), strong hardcore experience in LWC and Apex development (triggers, batch, queueable, services, design patterns), enterprise integrations (MuleSoft, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs, etc.), AI Workflows, and the Agentforce framework (orchestration, configuration, prompt grounding). Strong knowledge of deployment processes and tools is essential. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable declarative and programmatic solutions with Flows, LWC, and Apex across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud. Architect and implement secure, high-performance integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, middleware, and other integration patterns. Design and deliver AI-powered workflows and Agentforce solutions. Manage deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX (SFDX), Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, and ensure adherence to best practices, security, governance, and Well-Architected Framework. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient Salesforce solutions and support platform optimization. Requirements 8-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), Data Cloud (Data 360), and Agentforce. Strong hardcore expertise in LWC and Apex, along with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, Flows, Integrations (REST/SOAP), AI Workflows, Agentforce, and deployment tools & processes (SFDX, CI/CD, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. .
