JD: Supervise all aspects of daily production activities, including resource allocation, shift scheduling, and workflow management in the Blow Molding area. Monitor molding processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, especially for high-pressure blowing and extruder operation. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues, such as wall thickness variation, material sag, flash, and poor surface finish, to prevent delays and maintain molded part quality.
