Coordination with buyers as per design and tech packs. Prepare design sketches, technical sheets, and product specifications. Follow up on sample development and approvals. Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as required. Strong understanding of fashion design principles, including color theory, texture, and pattern. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Strong technical skills, including the ability to create sketches and use design software. Sourcing of new fabrics and trims as per trends. Present design ideas to head of department. Requirements Background in Fashion Design Export field. Experience in women western wear garments in Export.
