Position Details: Shift: 16/5 EST Time Zone Multiple Locations Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical expert for Rubrik backup and recovery solutions. Design, implement, and manage backup strategies across AWS, Azure, GCP, and VAST Storage. Configure and maintain backup operations for VMware and Hyper-V environments. Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 backup and recovery operations (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams). Ensure data protection, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness across cloud and on-premises environments. Conduct performance assessments, audits, risk evaluations, and recommend optimization strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Rubrik solutions with enterprise infrastructure. Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, technical workshops, and mentor junior engineers. Support disaster recovery and clean-room recovery initiatives using Rubrik. Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices. Required Skills Strong expertise in Rubrik platform administration, architecture, and support. Experience with enterprise backup architectures and cloud-native disaster recovery solutions. Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, GCP, and Microsoft 365 backup technologies. Understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and DORA. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in change management planning and execution.
