Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor process and production equipment safely and efficiently Control plant operations through field inspections and control room systems Monitor process parameters, pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and equipment performance Perform routine operational checks and equipment inspections Start up, shut down, and adjust production systems as required Identify process abnormalities and take corrective actions within operating procedures Support preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting activities Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and production records Ensure compliance with company safety standards, environmental regulations, and operating procedures Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to improve plant performance and reliability
