Key Responsibilities Operate drilling rig equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Assist with rig setup, drilling operations, tripping, and rig-down activities Monitor drilling parameters and equipment performance Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on rig equipment Handle drilling tools, pipes, mud systems, and related equipment Follow drilling plans and operational procedures Maintain accurate operational logs and equipment records Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations Identify equipment issues and report maintenance requirements promptly Work closely with drillers, toolpushers, engineers, and other rig crew members What Were Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or technical certification (preferred) Experience in drilling, rig operations, or oil & gas field operations Knowledge of drilling equipment, rig systems, and field safety procedures Ability to operate heavy machinery and drilling-related equipment Physically fit and able to work in demanding outdoor environments Willingness to work rotational schedules and remote locations when required Strong teamwork and communication skills
