Role Overview We are looking for a Project Delivery Engineer who will be part of the delivery team responsible for executing end-to-end project implementations. The role involves working closely with customers throughout the deployment lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation, timely delivery, and seamless transition to support. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Deployment Lead deployment of Infraon product suite from project kickoff to closure. Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks. Drive project sign-off and collect customer feedback. 2. Project Scope & Planning Understand and document project scope, deliverables, and implementation steps. Identify risks and proactively plan mitigation strategies. 3. Customer Coordination & Communication Act as the primary point of contact for customers during deployment. Product Installation & Configuration Install and configure Infraon products (IMS, Desk, NCCM, Secura). Ensure seamless integration with customer environments. 5. Technical Support & Issue Resolution Handle customer queries related to deployment and product usage. Escalate bugs/issues to the development team when required. 6. User Training & Handover Conduct product demos and training sessions for end users. Manage UAT sign-off and gather feedback for improvements. 7. Project Reporting & Documentation Share regular status reports with stakeholders. Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality. 8. Additional Responsibilities Travel to customer locations for deployment and training when required. Support organizational goals through successful project delivery.
