Varicent ICM Developer / Business Technology Solutions Associate Company: LTIMindtree Preferred Location: Pune Secondary Locations: Bengaluru / Delhi Open Positions: 2 Experience: 2+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Technology Solutions Associate Varicent with around 2+ years of hands-on experience in Varicent ICM. The candidate will support the implementation of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Planning solutions, working closely with senior team members on configuration, data processing, documentation, testing and delivery activities. Primary SkillVaricent ICM System Development / Configuration Key Responsibilities1. Implementation & Configuration Configure Varicent ICM and Sales Planning modules based on solution designs.Develop calculations, components, workflows and compensation plans based on defined business rules.Understand solution designs and contribute to low-level design discussions.Support ELT/data pipelines and data processing activities.2. Documentation & Analysis Create user stories and requirement documentation.Develop functional design documents based on inputs from senior team members.Maintain project documentation using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.3. Stakeholder & Team Engagement Collaborate with team members and leadership in a global delivery environment.Participate in client calls and internal discussions.Capture meeting notes, action items and follow-ups.4. Data Management & Processing Support data loading, validation and reconciliation within Varicent.Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies.Troubleshoot data and calculation-related issues.5. Testing & Quality Assurance Develop and execute test cases and validation scenarios.Perform QC on deliverables.Identify and resolve issues during unit testing.Support SIT and UAT activities.6. Training & Support Assist in preparing training materials and user documentation.Support knowledge transfer sessions.Assist with post-go-live support activities.Required QualificationsAround 2+ years of hands-on Varicent experience.Strong understanding of Varicent ICM and Sales Planning.Experience with Varicent configuration and implementation support.Understanding of ELT/data pipelines and data processing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work with guidance while taking ownership of assigned activities.Preferred QualificationsExposure to at least one end-to-end Varicent implementation.Understanding of incentive compensation concepts such as crediting and payouts.Experience with Excel, Power BI or other data/reporting tools.Varicent certification is an advantage. .
