Role: Delivery Partner Data and Analytics Location: Hyderabad Experience: 15 to 20 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment Mandatory Mention 3 skills: Excellent Data & Analytics Experience Experience working in BFSI domain Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M;, fixed price What You'll Do: Candidate must possess around 15+ years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Data and Analytics Management Programs Candidate must have robust knowledge of the Data and Analytics technology with BFSI domain expertise Most have strong experience in utilizing industry standard processes including Scrum/Agile/Kanban Should have proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M;, fixed price. Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25% travel) Ability and willingness to work with teams in a detail-oriented manner to ensure significant program milestones are delivered as per commitments Must be able to personally guide teams from program delivery, customer management and technical perspective (in his/her area of expertise) Ability and willingness to get involved and take full ownership of delivery during customer escalations Must provide hands-on leadership to large-deal pursuits: Guide & work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials and proposal presentation.
