The function is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable HR services and ensuring consistent execution of core people processes, partnering across global HR, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences and reliable HR operations at scale. What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary): The HR Reporting & Analytics Lead will shape how data drives decisions by leading the development of accurate, compliant, and actionable workforce insights. This role will partner across the organization to enable informed decision-making, strengthen compliance, and elevate the strategic value of HR data.This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys turning complex operational data into practical insights, clear dashboards, and disciplined reporting routines that help leaders make better decisions. The role will work across functions, systems, and regions to improve data quality, strengthen governance, and make performance information easier to access, understand, and act upon.
