What You Will Own The ideal candidate is someone with 34 years of experience in event management, preferably from the Media & Entertainment industry, who can bring creativity, energy, and structure to employee engagement initiatives while aligning with a corporate work environment. Experience You Should Bring Experience in event management or employee engagement roles. Prior experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is preferred. Proven experience in organizing corporate events, or internal campaigns. Strong vendor management and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic event management tools. What You Will Be Doing Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, events, and internal campaigns. Conceptualize creative engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture. Manage end-to-end event execution including vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and post-event analysis. Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to design engagement calendars and programs. Drive participation and communication for events across teams and departments. Ensure smooth execution of both virtual and on-ground events. Track feedback, measure engagement effectiveness, and suggest improvements. Support corporate communications related to employee engagement initiatives. .
