IAM Senior Consultant (Mumbai)

We are looking for an experienced IAM Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and hands-on experience with SailPoint solutions. The role will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting IAM solutions in an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using SailPoint. Manage user identities, access rights, roles, and permissions. Configure and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ. Support identity lifecycle management, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes. Implement and manage access certification and access governance processes. Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide technical support. Work with business and technical teams to define access requirements. Support IAM integrations with enterprise applications and directories. Ensure IAM solutions follow security and compliance requirements. Prepare technical documentation and support project implementation. 6+ years of experience in IAM / Identity & Access Management. Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Experience in identity lifecycle management and access governance. Good understanding of authentication, authorization, roles, and access controls. Experience working with enterprise applications and directories. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills. Nice to Have Experience with other IGA/IAM products. SailPoint certifications. Experience with enterprise IAM implementation projects.
