ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping Consultant (Hyderabad)

Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping Consultant with strong hands-on experience in tag-based Service Mapping and end-to-end implementation. Key responsibilities include: - Identify primary entry points/URLs used by stakeholders to access business services - Map services hosted across AWS, Azure, GCP, On-Premises, and Hybrid environments - Map key components including load balancers (AWS ALB, F5), compute (EC2, Azure VMs, Kubernetes), and databases (RDS PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB) - Identify and map upstream and downstream service dependencies and integrations - Create end-to-end Service Maps for approximately 1520 business services, covering application hierarchy, dependencies, discovery patterns, validation, and production deployment - Implement and maintain tag-based Service Mapping using cloud tags Preferred candidate profile: - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM / Discovery / Service Mapping (tag-based and pattern-based) - Robust understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, On-Prem) - Experience with CMDB and business service/application dependency mapping - ServiceNow certification(s) preferred (CSA, ITOM/Discovery specialization a plus) - 815 years of overall IT experience, with demonstrable Service Mapping project delivery .
