Oracle SaaS Finance Lead

Oracle SaaS Finance Lead Location: [ PAN INDIA / Hybrid / Onsite] We are seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Finance Lead to drive the design, implementation, and management of Oracle SaaS Finance solutions across the full finance lifecycle. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems while mentoring crossfunctional teams on best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Finance Cloud modules (configuration, testing, data migration, reporting, user training, post golive support).Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle SaaS configurations.Oversee integration of Oracle SaaS Finance modules with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.Develop and own test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases to ensure quality assurance and project signoffs.Coordinate with thirdparty partners for endtoend Finance integration testing.Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Oracle SaaS capabilities.Mentor and guide teams on Oracle SaaS Finance best practices and solution adoption.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and Finance implementation policies.
