Hiring: Package Consultant Order Management (IBM Sterling OMS) Location: Bangalore Experience: 3+ Years We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling OMS Developer with strong expertise in Sterling NextGen Call Center and Order Management solutions. Key Responsibilities Customize and extend Sterling Commerce APIs, databases, UIs, user exits, and agents Build and maintain Sterling web services and API integrations Work on configuration deployment toolkit and deployment activities Customize and extend Order Hub functionality Develop and enhance NextGen IBM Sterling Call Center interfaces and APIs Implement order, payment, fulfillment, and call center workflows Support global inventory visibility and order management processes Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable OMS solutions Required Skills 3+ years of IBM Sterling OMS development experience Strong experience with Sterling NextGen Call Center Hands-on experience with Sterling OMS v10.0 Experience in customization and extension of APIs, UIs, user exits, and agents Knowledge of Global Inventory Visibility (GIV) and Order Flows Experience with Order Hub customization Experience building web services and integrations At least one end-to-end Sterling OMS implementation from scratch Important Notes Candidate should be available for Face-to-Face interviews at IBM location if requested.Day 1 reporting post onboarding is mandatory.Threshold Band: 6B .
