Senior Consultant - Oracle CX (Pune)

Role & responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle CX Cloud solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Eloqua/Responsys), CPQ, and CX Unity. - Design scalable solution architectures and configure Oracle CX applications based on business requirements. - Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions. - Develop functional and technical design documents, integration strategies, and data migration plans. - Lead system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on Oracle CX adoption and optimization. - Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, RFP responses, demonstrations, and client presentations. - Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and recommend Oracle CX best practices. - Develop reusable assets, implementation methodologies, and practice documentation. - Stay updated with Oracle CX product enhancements and industry best practices. Skills & Experience - 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle CX Cloud solutions. - Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Eloqua/Responsys), CPQ, and CX Unity. - Solid experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and CRM integrations. - Experience with REST APIs, FBDI, data migration, and integration architecture. - Strong knowledge of CPQ configuration, pricing rules, approvals, and quote-to-order processes. - Experience with Oracle CPQ scripting and customizations. - Familiarity with CX Unity/Customer Data Platform and customer analytics. - Proven experience in consulting, stakeholder management, client workshops, and go-live support. - Experience with Agile delivery methodologies is preferred. - Exposure to Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle Field Service, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) is an added advantage. Certifications - Oracle Cloud CX Sales Implementation Professional (Mandatory) - At least one additional Oracle CX certification (Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or CX Unity) is required. - Additional Oracle certifications are preferred. .
