Job Summary Under minimal supervision, maintains and repairs plant equipment, buildings and grounds. Trains less experienced Facilities Engineers, technicians and line workers on complex repairs and maintenance requirements. Coaches and mentors less experienced Facilities Engineers. Project Management - Establishes and maintains the balance of scope, schedule and resources for a temporary effort (a project). Leads ITO Fabrication Shop & Shift leader managing facility equipment breakdown for engine test cells.Should have user level knowledge of types of welding, machining, drilling, shearing & metal forming process similar to Tool room.
