As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a Senior Director Data, AI & Engineering to lead strategic customer engagements, mentor engineering teams, and build world-class AI-powered engineering capabilities. Role Summary This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys operating at multiple levelsfrom defining engineering strategy and architecture to working directly with teams and customers to solve complex technical problems. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across Data Engineering, AI/ML, Full Stack Engineering, Cloud, and Platform Engineering while driving engineering excellence across multiple customer engagements. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing executive technology strategy with CTOs as reviewing architecture, mentoring engineers, and occasionally contributing hands-on when needed. What Youll Be Doing Engineering Leadership Lead multiple engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale AI and data platforms. Define engineering standards, architecture principles, and delivery practices. Build a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous learning. Mentor Engineering Managers, Architects, Tech Leads, and Senior Engineers. Drive technical decision-making across multiple customer engagements.
