Job Description: Department: Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to managea nd optimize our digital advertising campaigns across paid media channels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms. Manage budgets and allocate spend across channels to maximize performance and ROI. Analyze campaign performance, create reports, and provide actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Monitor and evaluate trends in digital marketing and recommend new strategies. Set up tracking, UTM parameters, and work closely with the tech/analytics team to ensure proper attribution and performance analysis. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new tools, and emerging platforms. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing with hands-on campaign management. Robust understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc. Excellent analytical skills and a love for numbers and metrics. Experience in e-commerce or B2C/B2B performance marketing is a plus. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
