POC / Account Manager (Digital Marketing) Job Title: POC / Account Manager Digital Marketing Experience: 28 Years Job Type: Full time Location: Hyderabad (Preferred) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and client-focused POC (Point of Contact) / Account Manager to manage digital marketing accounts and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media, and website projects while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned digital marketing clients. Understand client business goals and convert them into actionable marketing strategies. Coordinate with Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, Design, and Development teams. Plan, monitor, and ensure timely execution of digital marketing campaigns. Conduct regular client meetings, share campaign updates, and present performance reports. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Identify growth opportunities such as upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services. Handle client escalations and ensure quick issue resolution. Track campaign KPIs including Leads, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI. Maintain project documentation, MOMs, and campaign status reports. Collaborate with sales teams during client onboarding and project handover. Ensure high client retention and satisfaction. Required Skills 48 years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management or Client Servicing. Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Website Projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Search Console, and reporting tools. Solid project management and coordination skills. Experience using CRM and project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com. Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus. Experience working with B2B and B2C clients. Exposure to SaaS, Healthcare, Education, or E-commerce domains is preferred. .
