For more information, visit www.hmhco.com Duties & Responsibilities Program Leadership & Governance Own and execute the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced program, aligning CoE capabilities with business and IT strategy. Establish program management governance, project milestones, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and budget tracking. Partner with sales, service, revenue operations, IT, and customerfacing teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Scope & Delivery Management Project Lifecycle Ownership: Drive Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects from kickoff through post-launch support. Scope & Schedule Control: Define project scope, deliverables, project plans, and critical path items to ensure ontime, onbudget delivery. Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices and Organizational PMO standards. Backlog & Sprint Facilitation: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives) or manage waterfall schedules depending on project delivery style. Technical & Business Alignment Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and developers to translate business processes into clear user stories and functional requirements. Solution Validation: Work with Salesforce Architects and Leads to ensure proposed technical solutions align with business objectives without creating unnecessary technical debt. Integration Coordination: Manage delivery timelines for thirdparty integrations (e.g., Informatica, Snowflake, ERPs, Eloqua, DocuSign, etc.) connected to the Salesforce ecosystem. Team & Stakeholder Coordination CrossFunctional Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Marketing) and the technical delivery team (Admins, Developers, QA). Resource Management: Assign tasks, remove blockers for developers/admins, and manage capacity planning. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external Salesforce implementation partners or SI consultants to keep external deliverables on track. Quality Assurance & Change Management UAT & Testing: Coordinate Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features meet acceptance criteria before deployment. Release Management: Oversee deployment schedules, sandbox management strategies, and production cutovers. Adoption & Training: Partner with change management leads or business managers to design training materials, release notes, and enduser onboarding programs. Risk Management & Reporting Status Reporting: Maintain clear project dashboards, key health metrics, and status reports (budget burn rate, milestone progress) for leadership. Issue & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and scope creep before impact delivery. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and operational efficiency. Drive Agile maturity across the teams. Implement best practices in estimation, planning, reporting, and execution. Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning. Required What you will need: 8+ years Salesforce Program/Project Management experience leading large-scale Salesf orce implementations or transformations. Proven track record of managing multi-cloud Salesforce environments (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ). Handson experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus). Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud capabilities. Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. Strong written, verbal and presentation skillsable to communicate technology solutions to nontechnical stakeholders by focusing on business outcomes and value. Selfstarter and strong leader capable of organizing teams to deliver quality and timely solutions to our internal customers. Extensive knowledge of IT industry standard service delivery, operations, processes, standards, tools, and capabilities with a focus on applications and project management. Preferred Strong preference for PMs with deep technical knowhow of Salesforce Technology Stack. Ability to work across multiple .
