Role :- Server Support L1 Data Center Operations Experience :- Min 1 Years Location :- Bangalore Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners Only Shift timings and working days :- 24/7 Support, Rotational (day and Night Shift), 6 days Communication:- Good comm skills Job Description and scope of services : Rack door open with no keys inside Racks and Temperature Monitoring Rebooting or power cycling of equipment Inventory management (update on Portal with correct data) Reset frozen remote session Support requests to check physical network connectivity Plug in to a console port for remote management by customer Support requests to check the physical LED/ other indicators on the servers & devices. Send information to respective device owner & follow-up till get resolution. Issuing gate pass to the vendors and escorting vendors to the cage. Maintaining record of Inward and outward materials and informing the asset team and respective teams as per defined process. Getting involved in BOM verification and helping vendors for mounting the devices. Ensure the BOM verification reports in sent to all concerned and maintained with DC team. Raise calls with DC Service providers for any DC facilities related issues. Getting the cabling done in DC as requested from respective vendors along with cabling vendor. Ensuring Data center hygiene is maintained. Updating of rack diagram and updating and maintaining asset inventory. Reviewing of IMF for any new device movement into the data center. Undertaking escalations to respective teams in case of any DC related issues Logging calls in case of any amber LED indication on any of the devices in the data center and involving concerned team. Maintaining cabling details Update/Manage inventory, power & data circuits in Promethean / Similar portal. Follow Incident/Change/Problem management process Follow up with DC Service providers for cross-connect extension from MMR to DC Cages Follow Do & Don t defined by during working hours at DC locations Punching of PO & update devices in SMART / Similar tool Interested candidate reach out me at devika.pr@cielhr.com .
