Position: Alteryx Server Administrator / Application Owner Experience: 24 Years Location: Andheri, Mumbai Work Mode: Hybrid Employment type: C2C Contract Duration: 3 months + extendable Interview Rounds: 4 Key Responsibilities 1. Alteryx Server Administration Install, configure, and maintain Alteryx Server. Manage worker nodes, controller, Gallery, and other connections. Configure user access, roles, and permissions. Manage licenses and server upgrades. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery. 2. Workflow Orchestration Schedule and automate 300+ workflows. Create workflow dependencies and execution pipelines. Configure event-based and time-based scheduling. Manage workflow priorities and queues. Handle retries for failed workflows. 3. Architecture Design Design a scalable architecture for 300+ workflows. Define execution strategies across multiple workers. Plan server sizing (CPU, RAM, and storage). Optimize workload distribution. Recommend scaling strategies as workflow volume grows. 4. Workflow Lifecycle Management Publish workflows to Gallery. Maintain Sandbox and Production environments. Promote workflows between environments. Maintain deployment standards. 5. Monitoring & Operations Monitor workflow execution. Track failures and performance. Perform root cause analysis for failures. 6. Performance Optimization Identify long-running workflows. Optimize memory and CPU utilization. Tune worker configurations. Recommend workflow optimization best practices. Improve overall server throughput. 7. Automation Current state: Manual workflow execution. Target state: Fully automated execution. Eliminate manual workflow execution through automation. .
