Job Description: About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Ruby on Rails Developer. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, developing APIs, and contributing to product architecture for high-impact business applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails. Design and build RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate closely with product, design, and frontend teams. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Debug production issues and ensure timely resolution. Technical Skills Required Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Good understanding of MVC architecture. Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based services. Proficiency in PostgreSQL and/or MySQL. Familiarity with background job frameworks such as Sidekiq or Resque. Basic understanding of frontend frameworks. Experience with Git and version control. Good to Have Experience in scalable system design. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in the Real Estate or CRM domain (preferred). Eligibility Criteria Graduate from a top-tier engineering college (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or equivalent). 23 years of hands-on backend development experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong coding fundamentals and system-thinking ability. Ability to take ownership and deliver independently.
