We are seeking a versatile developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using the ASP.NET Web Forms framework. This role requires strong backend expertise in MS SQL Server, a solid foundation in 3-tier architecture, and hands-on experience deploying applications on IIS. You will work across the full application lifecyclefrom database design to UI enhancements and production deployment. Key Responsibilities 1. Backend & Database Development (MS SQL) Design and manage database structures using DDL and DML operations. Develop optimized stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across database instances. 2. Application Architecture & Web Development Develop and troubleshoot ASP.NET C# Web Forms applications using the ASPX/Code-behind model. Implement 3-Tier Architecture (DAL, BLL, DTO) to maintain clean separation of concerns. Apply dependency-injection patterns where applicable to improve maintainability. 3. Systems Deployment & IIS Management Configure, publish, and manage sites on IIS. Handle deployments across legacy (.NET 3.x) and modern (.NET 6) environments. Manage app pools, SSL bindings, permissions, and environment-specific web configurations. 4. Database Administration & Optimization Perform database backups, restores, and maintenance operations via SSMS. Optimize performance using indexing strategies and query tuning. Diagnose and resolve issues such as deadlocks, disk-space alerts, and query timeouts. 5. Front-End Development & Asynchronous Operations Improve UI responsiveness using AJAX for partial page updates. Write clean JavaScript for validations and component interactions within .NET pages. Ensure front-end logic integrates smoothly with backend processes. 6. Functional Domain Expertise HRMS: Support modules for employee records, attendance, payroll, leave management, and compliance. ERP: Work on product master, purchase orders, sales workflows, and inventory processes. RequirementsTechnical Requirements Languages: C#, SQL, JavaScript Frameworks: ASP.NET Web Forms Tools: Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), IIS Architecture: 3-Tier structure, Dependency Injection, DTO patterns Database Expertise: Profiling, Indexing, Deadlock analysis, Performance tuning Preferred Soft Skills Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to identify root causesnot just fix errors. Adaptability: Capable of working on legacy (.NET 3.5) and modern (.NET 6) projects seamlessly. Business Understanding: Knowledge of operational processes in HR, Payroll, Sales, and Inventory. .
