Software Development Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. React JS developer to design, build, and enhance scalable, highperformance, and user-friendly web applications. The role involves developing React-based applications, supporting investor profiling, investor-opportunity matching, market intelligence dashboards, search capabilities, and AI-powered workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, Typescript, JavaScript, REST APIs, modern front-end architecture, and enterprise web application development, with experience building data-driven user interfaces integrated with AWS-hosted services and cloud platforms. As a React.js developer, you will implement new features and maintain existing code using React and other standard tools in the React ecosystem, such as Node.js and Yarn. Your duties will include designing software solutions to meet project requirements, maintaining and refactoring existing code, writing tests, and fixing bugs. The Developer should be able to provide technical expertise by independently determining and developing approaches to solutions for a wide range of complex software engineering problems. Understands company goals, practices and product strategies and apply them when resolving a variety of problems. Job Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop user interface components using React.js, Node.js Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces. Develop dashboards, search interfaces, filters, reporting screens, and investor-opportunity matching workflows. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across desktop and mobile devices. Develop, test and implement new software programs Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Utilize Redux for state management Develop application components using ES6/7, HTML5, and CSS3 Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements Install and configure server environments for React deployments Maintain and update project dependencies as well as fix any conflicts Working with other JavaScript developers and software engineers to develop front-end and back-end architecture thats well-structured and flexible, along with the APIs to support it Integration & Application Development Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Work closely with AWS-hosted services and cloud-based application components. Implement robust error handling, loading states, resiliency, and client-side validations. Support application monitoring, logging, and observability requirements. Troubleshoot browser, API integration, and application performance issues. Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidate Requirements Minimum experience - 5+ Years of experience in React js technologies Strong in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 Deep understanding of React Hooks, Component bases architecture, Statement Management Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services. Strong in Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API Understanding of asynchronous programming and API consumption patterns. Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Node.js, Web pack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest. Deployment knowledge NPM Command Experience in AWS, RESTful APIs, React.js, React Hooks, JavaScript, Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Git, CI/CD, GitLab. Preferred Qualification BE or B. Tech or MCA or higher Preferred Skills Experience working with AWS-hosted applications and cloud-based architectures. Experience developing enterprise dashboards and analytics applications. Exposure to AI-powered applications, search platforms, recommendation engines, or workflow automation. Knowledge of AWS services and cloud integration patterns.
