This role operates in a 24x7x365 managed services delivery model and is accountable for maintaining system stability, performance, availability, and adherence to customer SLAs. The engineer will execute operational tasks including event monitoring, incident resolution, backup and recovery, patching, and replication management (e.g., MIMIX, QEDD), while integrating fully with customer ticketing systems, escalation processes, and service delivery frameworks.
