We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure-based SaaS environments. This role bridges product deployment, customer onboarding, and L2-level support, ensuring that client implementations are smooth, stable, and optimized for performance. You will work closely with the Customer Success and Support teams to execute deployments, run backend scripts, troubleshoot data-level issues, and maintain system health for enterprise clients.
