Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Harness, TeamCity, and automated CI/CD practices to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end delivery pipelines, release automation, and infrastructure management. You will work closely with Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams to streamline software delivery, optimize deployment efficiency, and ensure high operational stability and engineering productivity across all environments. In this role you will: CI/CD Pipeline Design & Management: Architect, build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using Harness, TeamCity, and GitHub Actions. Automated Deployment Strategies: Implement and manage continuous delivery pipelines, automated release workflows, and progressive deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling deployments) in Harness. Build Automation & Tools Management: Configure and manage build tools such as Maven, Gradle, and CMake to compile, package, and test software across multi-language and legacy codebases. Artifact & Dependency Governance: Manage repository structures, artifact versioning, promotion pipelines, and retention policies using JFrog Artifactory. Automation & Engineering Productivity: Automate end-to-end build, test, and deployment execution to significantly increase release velocity while reducing cycle times. Troubleshooting & Operational Support: Collaborate directly with engineering teams to debug pipeline failures, optimize build configurations, and resolve delivery bottlenecks. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Support and advance configuration management and infrastructure-as-code practices across cloud and on-premises environments. System Health & Observability: Monitor pipeline availability, track deployment success rates, and maintain proactive alerts to ensure continuous operational health. Security & Access Controls: Implement and enforce security controls, credential management, secrets vaulting, and feature flagging across the CI/CD ecosystem. Documentation & Standards: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, build configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Incident Management: Participate in incident response activities, root-cause analyses, and scheduled on-call rotations as required. Your background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field is required. 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Build/Release Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles. CI/CD & Delivery Expertise: Proven track record of designing and operating leading enterprise pipelines( using Harness, TeamCity, Jenkins and GitHub Actions). Build Systems & Tools: Practical experience with build automation tools including Maven, Gradle, and CMake. Artifact Management: Proficiency with JFrog Artifactory for package management, dependency resolution, and artifact lifecycle management. Version Control: Working knowledge of version control systems including GitHub and ClearCase. Scripting Languages: Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Groovy. Containers & Orchestration: Practical experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes deployment environments. Cloud Infrastructure: Good understanding of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Infrastructure as Code: Experience with IaC and configuration automation frameworks like Terraform or Ansible. Monitoring & Observability: Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk. Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional engineering teams.
