## Manager - SAP SD (Enterprise Apps & SAP Advisory) ### Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Manager specializing in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) to join our Enterprise Applications and SAP Advisory practice. In this role, you will lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, drive client advisory engagements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact enterprise solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through business process transformations and ensuring the successful deployment of SAP SD solutions aligned with their strategic objectives. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage SAP SD implementation, rollout, and support projects across diverse client environments - Provide expert advisory services on SAP SD configurations, business process design, and best practices - Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design scalable SAP solutions - Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process design and optimization within the SAP ecosystem - Manage integration touchpoints between SAP SD and other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and PP - Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge sharing - Prepare and review functional specifications, configuration documents, and test plans - Facilitate workshops, client presentations, and steering committee reviews - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-scope delivery - Contribute to pre-sales activities including proposal development and solution demonstrations ### Requirements / Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field - Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation across multiple full-cycle projects - Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management within SAP - Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects is highly desirable - Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory-level engagements - Experience leading or mentoring teams in a consulting or professional services environment - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Familiarity with SAP integration scenarios involving SD, MM, FI, and logistics execution - SAP SD certification is an added advantage - Willingness to travel to client sites as required ### About the Company PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center is part of a globally recognized professional services network that provides assurance, tax, and advisory solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.
